U.S.A

All orders are shipped via U.S. Mail or UPS.  Shipping charges reflect both a $2 per-order handling charge and the actual shipping charges.  

• U.S. Mail is used for orders under 1 lb. and/or for shipping addresses that do not have a street address.

• UPS Ground is used for orders over 1 lb.  Expedited UPS shipping (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day) is also available upon request.
  

• NOTE:  UPS Ground rates are automatically used to calculate all shipping costs on online orders.  However, the cheaper U.S. Mail option will actually be used on all orders weighing less than 2 lbs (i.e., up to 3 books).  These cheaper costs (usually by $2 to $5) will be reflected in the Sales Receipt included with your order.
  

International

All international orders, except those originating in Canada, will be processed by Thin Book Publishing, in the U.S.A. , and shipped by Global Priority Mail. Your order should arrive within 4 to 6 business days from the shipment date. Depending on the country and package weight (up to 4 lbs.), the shipping and handling charge will range from $13 to $40.

Canadian Orders are forwarded to our Canadian Distributor, Creative Edge Consulting, for processing.
