Michelle is a consultant who specializes in management assessments and management development. She brings more than ten years of experience to the human resources field from her work with The City of New Orleans, Personnel Decisions International, American Airlines, and The Associates.

She received her Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Tulane University in 1994, and has been providing consulting services to organizations since 1998.
