  • Session fee (profile included): $50
  • You will receive an email link to take your profile and to schedule your session. We’ll work with you to fit your schedule.

LISTENING: AN ESSENTIAL SKILL FOR LEADERS

Description: What is your personal listening profile? Appreciative, Empathetic, Discerning, Comprehensive, or Evaluative? Everybody has a natural style although we need all styles to function as a good listener.

As pre-work to this session, you will complete the online Inscape Personal Listening Profile and print out a comprehensive report to review before the coaching session. During the session, Sue will address your questions and suggest strategies to increase your ability to become a more effective listener.

In this session you will:

  • Learn the strengths of each of the 5 natural styles
  • Review the 4 common goals of conversation/communication
  • Learn how to determine which goal aligns with which style
  • Learn how to use your natural style to your team’s advantage
  • Define your greatest challenge to listening
  • Learn how to develop skill in the other listening approaches

Pre-work: Personal Listening Profile completed online and printed out and reviewed before the coaching session.

LEADING TEAMS USING YOUR STRENGTHS

Description: What is your strength as a team member? Are you a Creator who generates ideas? An Advancer who is great at communicating ideas? How about a Refiner who challenges the group to re-consider the ideas? Or the Executor who is key to getting the ideas implemented? Understanding the different strengths of team members is key to leading teams.

As pre-work to this session, you will complete the online Inscape Team Dimensions Profile and print out a comprehensive report to review before the coaching session. During the session, Sue will address your questions and suggest strategies to help you work from your strengths by identifying your most natural team role, while giving you added appreciation for the contribution of others.

In this call you will:

  • Learn the strengths of your style.
  • Learn the “Z” process of team projects
  • Learn how to determine which stage in a project aligns with the talents of your style.
  • Learn how to use your natural role to your team’s advantage

Pre-work: Team Dimensions Profile completed online and printed out and reviewed before the coaching call.
