Building High Performance Teams Through Appreciative Inquiry is designed to energize teams into higher performance. This downloadable product will help teams identify how they will act together and work together as opposed to what they will do together. The program assumes that what the team will do (their team goals) is either already established or will be in a separate session. The emphasis of this program is on the team process; how they have to behave with each other to achieve their goals.
