building high performance teams

Exploring Stakeholder Perspectives is designed as an optional module for the Building High Performance Teams Workshop.  This downloadable workshop emphasizes the importance of ‘getting all the voices in the room’ by asking stakeholders outside of the immediate team to provide their perspectives on high performance teamwork and feedback on the team’s performance. As part of the workshop, the team reviews the feedback provided by stakeholders and establishes priorities for enhancing performance to higher levels. A sample survey is provided for administration prior to the workshop.

Session Goals:

• Broaden the team's perspective on the meaning of high performance teamwork

• Understand stakeholders' expectations and view of the team's performance

• Outline priorities for amplifying the team's performance to higher levels
