This presentation will help you facilitate a session on how to build more trust at work. It is the result of a year's worth of research. Sue's research on trust started after the publication of The Thin Book of Naming Elephants (co-authored by Sue and Andrea B. Mayfield). After people read the book, they began to ask Sue and Andrea how they could 'have the courage to speak up' which led directly to the research and writing about why trust is so important in the workplace. Sue's research quickly turned into a challenge, and she realized people needed help to understand and talk about a very complex subject. This presentation provides a basis for facilitating a session on trust at work.
Also, you can download and listen to the podcast to hear how Sue presents it, although much of the presentation is included in the facilitator notes in this file.
