This material was prepared by Thin Book author, Sue Annis Hammond. Her research on Trust started after the publication of The Thin Book of Naming Elephants (co-authored by Sue & Andrea B. Mayfield). After reading the book, people began to ask Sue and Andrea how they could ‘have the courage to speak up’; which led directly to the research and writing about why trust is so important in the workplace.
Sue’s research quickly turned into a challenge, and she realized people needed help to understand and talk about a very complex subject. This session is the result of a year’s worth of research. You can also download and listen to a pod cast of this presentation to hear how Sue presents it.
